Dark Grey Clouds is a small business run by a small team. Thus, we will not offer exchanges or returns. We also do not offer order cancellations after the order has been placed. Feel free to contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will try our best to help you out!

What are the shipping times?

The shipping times should be provided with your order tracking number. Shipping times may vary due to location.

Do you take international orders?

For right now, orders going to EU are paused until we can figure out the laws. Buyers are responsible for providing proper information including phone number, properly spelled out addresses, as well as an email address that you check often. Buyers are also responsible for any import taxes. If improper information has been provided, there may be a delay in the delivery of your package, which will be out of the store owners hands.

What is a Last Chance Item?

A Last Chance Item is an item that will be retired. That means it will not be restocked and once it's gone, it's gone.
